About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic Digital Advertising sales team at LocaliQ. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Marketing Solutions Account Managers and Digital Advertising Consultants across a given territory or category.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 7 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize marketing spend from a given category and/or territory
  • Coach and develop sales team members to achieve their full potential
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key account customers and continuously source new business opportunities
  • Use data analytics to support the growth of customer bases and identify new business opportunities
  • Confidently lead day-to-day sales operations and ensure sales team members are directed and utilized to maximum effect
Requirements
  • Proven track record of managing mid-sized sales teams and achieving sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions and ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent coaching and leadership skills to develop and motivate sales team members
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key account customers
  • Strong analytical skills to use data analytics to support sales growth
