Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 7 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize marketing spend from a given category and/or territory
- Coach and develop sales team members to achieve their full potential
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key account customers and continuously source new business opportunities
- Use data analytics to support the growth of customer bases and identify new business opportunities
- Confidently lead day-to-day sales operations and ensure sales team members are directed and utilized to maximum effect
- Proven track record of managing mid-sized sales teams and achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions and ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent coaching and leadership skills to develop and motivate sales team members
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key account customers
- Strong analytical skills to use data analytics to support sales growth
