About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Office Manager to lead the meeting and events Sales Office at Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross. As the main point of contact within the Sales Office, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and lead the M&E Sales team to drive revenue growth, margin, and profitability within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sales Office and lead the M&E Sales team to achieve revenue growth, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders, including the Director of Sales, General Manager, and Revenue Manager, to drive revenue from existing and new clients.
  • Manage a small team of experienced Sales Executives and provide support for their growth and development.
  • Handle a high volume of enquiries and deal with them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of quality standards.
Requirements
  • Established Sales Office Manager from a busy conference hotel background.
  • Previous experience of achieving sales and setting revenue targets and strategy.
  • Hotel sales-focused background with knowledge of Opera system preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
