Wealth management is a key service offering for our client, a boutique financial planning practice with a strong presence in South Buckinghamshire. For over 20 years, they have been providing high-quality financial advice to their private clients, a diverse group of business professionals, retirees, accumulators, and families. Their expertise covers a range of areas, including pensions, investments, tax planning, IHT planning, and protection strategies.

In response to a growing number of new client inquiries, the Managing Director has created several new vacancies for an experienced IFA Administrator. Ideal candidates will have prior experience working within a financial services environment, preferably in a role supporting paraplanners or IFAs. Familiarity with Intelligent Office software is beneficial but not essential.

As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial support role within the team, working closely with paraplanners and IFAs to manage client cases and deliver high-quality documentation, reports, and correspondence. You may be assigned to support a specific adviser, allowing you to build a strong working relationship and develop your skills and expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the production of client documentation, reports, and correspondence
  • Interact with external service providers to ensure seamless delivery of client services
  • Support paraplanners and IFAs in managing client cases
  • Develop strong working relationships with the advisory team
