The Recruitment Contact Ltd is looking for a talented Account Growth Specialist to help drive business growth and expand our client base in the automotive sector. As a Client Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients.

About the Job:
As an Account Growth Specialist, you will:
- Manage your own sales desk and grow the customer database.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to boost revenue.
- Stay ahead with industry trends and competitor insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client experiences.
What You Need:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales or account management experience.
- Negotiation and problem-solving prowess with a client-focused approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in car or van sales (preferred but not essential).

- A competitive salary of £26,000-£30,000 basic + above industry-average commission OTE £50,000+ in Year 1.
