**Job Description:** Therapeutic Support Professional for Children and Young Adults
**Location:** Stourbridge
**Estimated Salary:** £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (based on 30 hours/week)
About the PositionWe are seeking a dedicated Therapeutic Support Professional to join our team in Stourbridge. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality therapeutic support to children and young adults with complex communication needs.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualised speech and language therapy sessions to students with diverse needs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individualised support requirements.
- Develop and implement tailored support programmes to meet the unique goals of each student.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to staff training and professional development.
**Essential Requirements:
- Recognised qualifications and registration with a professional speech and language organisation.
- Experience working with children and young people with complex needs.
- Ability to design individualised therapeutic programmes and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
