Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Services Assistant to join our global team. As a key member of our Knowledge & Information Services team, you will play a critical role in supporting our lawyers and business services colleagues in their research activities and current awareness.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the creation and sharing of updates, insights, and commentary on legal, regulatory, and market developments.
  • Collating and maintaining our internal knowledge collections, including uploading knowhow and tagging.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the external online databases and resources relevant to the practice area.
  • Supporting resources training for lawyers and other business services colleagues.
  • Classifying and cataloguing new titles, and updating our online library system and relevant SharePoints.
  • Being aware of copyright and compliance policies and adhering to them.
  • Working with Global Procurement and other Knowledge & Information Services colleagues on contract renewals and new purchases of resources.

We are looking for a highly IT literate individual with excellent command of Microsoft Office 365 (including Excel) and SharePoint skills. Experience of working in a law firm or understanding of legal products/services is highly desirable.
