About the Role
Housing Support Workers play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals in their journey towards independence. As a Housing Support Worker with Brook Street Social Care, you will be responsible for providing emotional support, guidance, and assistance to those struggling with mental health issues, substance misuse, or homelessness.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals in need
• Assist with daily tasks and activities to promote independence
• Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless service

Requirements
• Previous experience working with vulnerable populations in a similar setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing high-quality support and care
