Sales and Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Relationship Manager to join our team at VRP Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong long-term relationships with client companies and key individuals on their side.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client business specifics and be able to identify potential issues and problems to propose solutions. You will work closely with our team and client key people to create account development plans and strategies, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Establishing and nurturing strong long-term relationships with client companies and key individuals
- Understanding client business specifics and identifying potential issues and problems
- Creating account development plans and strategies
- Ensuring client satisfaction and growth
- Resolving ongoing issues and problems
- Conducting and coordinating sales and pre-sales activities, pitching and proposals creation
- Ensuring profitability and financial efficiency on assigned accounts
Qualifications include:
- Fluent English, both written and verbal
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and its major processes
- 2+ years in account management and/or customer success management
- Previous experience with creating and implementing account development plans and strategies
