Key Responsibilities

As a successful Sales and Relationship Manager at CoStar Group, you will play a vital role in nurturing and growing our existing client base. This involves taking an entrepreneurial approach to sell, train, and retain our clients, while also gaining a thorough understanding of their needs through a consultative sales approach.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain and grow clients over the medium and long-term, providing excellent service and comfort with sales cycles that can run 3-12 months+
  • Display outstanding communication, presentation, and objection handling skills, with the confidence and patience to make complex proposals
  • Exhibit excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to metrics in an intelligent, effective manner
  • Hold a degree or equivalent experience
  • Employ a consultative selling style with account management techniques to grow accounts over time
  • Have a genuine interest in commercial real estate or asset management, or be willing to learn
  • Ability to navigate a large organisation, understanding who the decision-maker, influencers, and blockers are
  • Full driving licence
  • Ability to travel to the United States for 3 weeks of training
