Job Title: Senior Sales and Relationship Manager

ExcelRedstone is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales and Relationship Manager to lead our Smart Hands solutions team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our market share within the technology sector, developing solutions to deliver Day 2 / Smart Hand Services to existing and new customers.

This is a critical role in our sales and growth strategy, requiring a highly ambitious and experienced professional who can drive business development and lead a team to achieve sales targets.

  • Be the Global Lead subject matter expert for Day 2 / SMART Hands Solutions
  • Ensure ExcelRedstone's SMART Hands offer is clearly defined, competitive and understood by all sales and operational teams
  • Work with Account Leads and Operational Teams to identify and validate Cross Sales opportunities across existing clients
  • Identify and develop the Web of Influence with target clients, building direct key relationships with specific stakeholders
  • Build and own the SMART Hands Pipeline for ExcelRedstone across new clients and organic growth with existing clients
  • Work in collaboration with Marketing to develop content, collateral and the ExcelRedstone external "voice" SMART Hands Services
  • Evaluate offering in line with market demand increasing ExcelRedstone Share of market
Requirements:
  • Experience in a senior sales role
  • Strong technical understanding of the industry sector in all countries ExcelRedstone operate in, specifically in structured cabling, data centre and ICT technologies
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Financial acumen experience
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment while making informed decisions
