About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our Sales team in London, reporting to the Head of Institutional Banking division.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through upsells of our products and solutions, as well as maintaining existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and cultivate relationships with clients, understanding their needs and strategy, and how Banking Circle can support their growth.
  2. Identify new opportunities to drive additional revenue and act as a subject matter expert to clients.
  3. Ensure high-quality communication with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  4. Create account management plans and run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for key clients.
  5. Ability to understand and collate client business requirements and champion this internally across multiple stakeholders.
  6. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal teams, such as Product, Compliance, Legal, AML & Operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 4 years of relationship management experience within payments, banking, acquiring, or within the merchant division of a key financial services company.

You should have strong experience in leading and growing high-value brands or accounts, with a focus on revenue and upsell opportunities.

As Banking Circle is an international company, fluency in English, both verbally and in writing, is a requirement.
