About the Role:

Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to find a Senior Analyst for their HR Service Team. This crucial role involves managing the department's ticket queue, prioritising tasks, and resolving queries related to HR Services.

The successful candidate will provide vital day-to-day support across various functions, including HRIS, reporting, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and payroll. Delivering exceptional customer service to employees and supporting the global HR team are key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support and troubleshoot Workday-related issues for employees and internal teams.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions to enhance best practices within the HR Shared Service team.
  • Collaborate with HRS teams (Payroll, Benefits, HRIS) to resolve tickets and requests.
  • Support new hires during onboarding, providing technical and administrative assistance.
  • Contribute to complex projects, focusing on scope management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Assist in policy rollouts and documentation updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically within a shared service environment.
  • Familiarity with case management systems is essential.
  • Previous knowledge of Workday would be beneficial.
  • Comfortable working in high-volume environments.

Salary Range:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
