Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide comprehensive human resources services to our clients in the education sector.

The role involves delivering a full range of professional human resources services, producing high-quality work while adhering to employment legislation and statutory regulations. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely remote HR services, responding to telephone and email enquiries, and supporting HR cases.

You will also be expected to ensure client retention through effective relationship management and identify opportunities to develop and grow the business. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall success of the HR function as an effective team player, supporting colleagues and teams when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development in HR
  • HR related Qualification/Accreditation/willing to work towards
  • A background of providing HR support in a schools/education environment
  • Experience of providing quality advice and guidance on high-risk HR casework
  • An up-to-date knowledge, understanding, and practical application of employment legislation and issues including diversity in employment
