Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Specialist to join our team and support our academies in the London and South region.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in HR advisory services, employment legislation, and Lift Schools' policies. They will lead on HR casework, build strong relationships with school leaders and colleagues, and contribute to reports for the regional team and school leaders.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated HR professional who is passionate about education and committed to our vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and customer-focused HR advisory support to our academies
  • Lead on HR casework, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and absence management
  • Offer expert advice and guidance on employment legislation, best practice, and Lift Schools' policies
  • Analyse HR data and contribute to reports for the regional team and school leaders
  • Contribute to a busy team, supporting the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems

Requirements:

  • Significant, proven HR advisory experience
  • A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for education and a commitment to our vision and values

Salary range: £37,938 - £40,476 per annum
