About the Role

- Change Management: Lead HR-driven transformation initiatives, including digital HR solutions, organisational restructuring, and culture-building programmes.">
- Talent Acquisition: Design and execute effective talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent in the region.">
- Employee Relations: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations within EMEA. Maintain strong employee relations practices that promote a supportive and inclusive work environment.">
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion DEI initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workplace. Develop policies and programs that support diversity and drive cultural change.">

- Leadership Experience: Demonstrable HR leadership experience, with significant exposure to EMEA regions and board-level reporting. Proven ability to operate within a complex, matrixed organisation.">
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to link HR strategy to business outcomes. Skilled in advising senior leaders and influencing decision-making at the highest levels.">
- Change Leadership: Experienced in leading large-scale change initiatives and managing cultural transformation.">
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.">
- Cultural Understanding: Broad understanding of cultural diversity within EMEA and the ability to adapt HR practices to regional nuances while ensuring alignment with global objectives.">
- Education: Post-Grad Education preferred.">
