About the Role

We are looking for a Senior HR Administrator - Shared Services to join our People Team at The London Clinic. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality administrative support and exceptional customer service to our employees and stakeholders.

With a proven track record of delivering shared services, you will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and operational support to the Shared Services team, contributing to the development of policies, procedures, and processes that align with The London Clinic's overall strategy.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless integration of people-related services, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and employee engagement. A competitive salary of £48,000 per annum is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Benefits include a comprehensive pension scheme, life assurance, and access to a range of employee discounts. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £42,000 - £52,000 depending on experience.
