We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a skilled professional for their HR Service Team. This key role involves managing the department's ticket queue, prioritising incoming work, and resolving HR-related queries and requests.

The successful candidate will provide HR administrative support across various functions, including HRIS, reporting, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and payroll. They will also deliver exceptional customer service to employees and collaborate with the global HR team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and troubleshooting support for Workday, assisting employees and internal teams.
  • Enhance processes, propose solutions, and implement best practices within the HR Shared Service team.
  • Collaborate with HRS teams (Payroll, Benefits, HRIS) to resolve tickets and requests.
  • Support annual HR processes, including the Annual Talent Cycle and Open Enrolment.
  • Develop and refine administrative processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Human Resources focussed role within a shared service environment.
  • Essential exposure to a case management system.
  • Previous knowledge of Workday beneficial.
  • Able to work effectively in a high-volume environment.

Estimated Salary Range: £42,000 - £62,000 per annum.
