HR Administrator Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Austin Fraser. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to provide high-quality administrative support to our HR Operations team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in HR administration, ideally within the academic, health, or not-for-profit sectors. They will be responsible for providing an effective HR service to client departments and supporting HR colleagues to provide guidance to staff and managers.
This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. The successful candidate will also have excellent attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality administrative support to the HR Operations team
- To maintain accurate records and databases
- To respond to queries and requests from staff and managers
- To coordinate meetings and events
- To perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR administration
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to maintain confidentiality
