HR Administrator Graduate Associate

Office Angels is seeking an ambitious and hardworking HR Administrator to join their team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will involve supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks, including technical recruitment for the business.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with experience in HR assistance to develop their skills and gain valuable experience. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating work experience students and interns, setting up user accounts on HR systems, and providing administrative support for annual HR processes such as appraisals, promotions, and salary reviews.
You will also assist with drafting paperwork required for employee lifecycle changes, send new joiners welcome emails, schedule probation reviews, and arrange meetings, room bookings, and travel arrangements. Additionally, you will produce reports and data analysis for the HR Director and provide administrative support during audits.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have good Excel skills and are flexible and collaborative, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements- Graduate with HR assistance experience essential, ideally CIPD full or part qualified

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR administration processes and procedures, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. We offer a competitive salary of £42,500 per annum, plus benefits.
