HR Administration Graduate Associate

Job Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role will provide administrative support to the HR team and contribute to the smooth operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Assist with the coordination of events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Support the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with the HR Director to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate with HR assistance experience essential, ideally CIPD full or part qualified.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
