HR Operations Administrator

Key Responsibilities
- Support Functions: Manage the HR inbox, ensure timely responses to internal requests and inquiries.
- Document Management: Continuously create, update, and maintain HR user guides and materials.
- Benefits Administration: Handle administration for various employee benefits.
- Learning & Development Support: Provide administrative support for Learning & Development initiatives.
- Graduate Reviews & Salary Progression: Administer graduate reviews and salary progression processes.
- Project Coordination: Assist in HR projects by attending meetings and participating in system testing.
- Probation Process Management: Manage the probation review process for new hires.
- Event Planning: Organise and facilitate key HR events.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- General Administrative Support: Manage purchase orders, review internal feedback, and support day-to-day administrative tasks.
