Key Responsibilities

  • Support Functions: Manage the HR inbox, ensure timely responses to internal requests and inquiries.
  • Document Management: Continuously create, update, and maintain HR user guides and materials.
  • Benefits Administration: Handle administration for various employee benefits.
  • Learning & Development Support: Provide administrative support for Learning & Development initiatives.
  • Graduate Reviews & Salary Progression: Administer graduate reviews and salary progression processes.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in HR projects by attending meetings and participating in system testing.
  • Probation Process Management: Manage the probation review process for new hires.
  • Event Planning: Organise and facilitate key HR events.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • General Administrative Support: Manage purchase orders, review internal feedback, and support day-to-day administrative tasks.
