As a key member of the HR team, you will provide comprehensive support in various aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in HR administration or related roles, with a solid understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Key responsibilities include:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate evaluations.

Employee Relations:

  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

HR Operations:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
  • Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and communication with benefits providers.

The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, which includes a range of benefits such as pension plan, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.
