HR Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Insignis Talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR function, ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes from recruitment to exit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage administrative tasks such as posting job adverts, liaising with recruitment agencies, and managing interviews
* Oversee the HR inbox, addressing employee queries, and escalating complex issues when necessary
* Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure HR operations are managed effectively
* Maintain accurate records and ensure HR systems are consistently up-to-date
Requirements:
* Demonstrable experience in an HR or recruitment environment
* Degree in HR or CIPD Level 3 or above, or working towards
* Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment function
* Competent in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
