Job Description

Winid is a talent acquisition consultancy that offers Executive Search, RPO, and Talent Solutions.

As a key member of the HR team, you will provide administrative and recruitment support to the HR Business Partner within the Fragrance & Beauty Industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing administrative support to the HR Business Partner, including data analysis and reporting.
  2. Ensuring compliance with UK Employment Law and supporting the HR Business Partner in this regard.
  3. Supporting the HR requirements of all staff in the field, including sales and commission analysis.
  4. Managing HR administration and its systems, ensuring effective reporting and archiving.
  5. Extensive experience in Payroll administration is required.
  6. Highlighting any urgent HR processes to Managers.
  7. Collating sales and commission information to report to the Commercial Director and HR Payroll Departments.
  8. Assisting in arranging conferences and HR-oriented meetings.
  9. Following procedures to ensure the smooth running of the HR Department.
  10. Administering and following up on Recruitment & Leavers processes.
  11. Ensuring the HR team effectively leads cross-functional support within best practices.
  12. Efficient administration skills with high attention to detail are essential.
  13. Experience in Microsoft packages, particularly Word & Excel, plus good numerical skills are required.
  14. Previous experience in an HR admin or administrative role is necessary.
