HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Harris Hill. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR administrative support to employees and the HR team.
Main Responsibilities:- New Starter Onboarding Process: Ensure a smooth transition for new employees, including completing necessary paperwork and providing relevant information.
- Leaver Administration: Manage the leaver process, including updating HR systems and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with advertising job vacancies, arranging interviews, and supporting colleagues with recruitment queries.
- Invoicing and Credit Card Reconciliation: Process invoices on the finance system and reconcile credit card transactions for HR-related expenses.
- Payroll Administration: Accurately update and maintain the ADP HR and Payroll database, uploading documents and running reports as needed.
- HR Data Management: Regularly update and audit HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Employment Checks: Maintain the DBS list and process DBS checks for existing and new staff.
- SharePoint Management: Maintain the HR Self-Service folder and ensure documents are up to date.
- Probation Management: Manage the probation period process, including monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Minute Taking: Take minutes at HR and relevant meetings and share with colleagues.
