Job Description: Senior HR Administrator Lead

Location: London, Permanent (Office based)

Frazer Jones partners with a leading financial services organisation to hire a highly skilled HR professional for their HR Service Team. This vital role involves managing the department's ticket queue, sorting and prioritising work, and resolving HR-related queries.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive HR support across various areas, including HRIS, reporting, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and payroll. This role requires excellent customer service skills and collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer-focused support for Workday, helping employees and internal teams.
  • Improve process efficiency by identifying opportunities, proposing solutions, and implementing best practices.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS teams to resolve issues and meet requests.
  • Support new hires during onboarding, offering technical and administrative assistance.
  • Contribute to key annual HR processes, such as the Annual Talent Cycle and Open Enrolment.
  • Participate in refining administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in communicating and rolling out HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage project documentation and training resources.
  • Support complex projects, focusing on scope management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior colleagues, promoting growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Human Resources role within a shared service environment.
  • Essential exposure to a case management system.
  • Desirable knowledge of Workday.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Estimated Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum
