Gym Business Developer

We are recruiting a talented and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer to join our team at The Gym Group in High Wycombe. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative gym chain that is dedicated to making fitness accessible to everyone.
As a member of our team, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge as a personal trainer while contributing to the success of our gym. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading group fitness classes and workshops
- Providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring to members
- Supporting the gym management team with day-to-day operations
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes company sick pay, company save as you earn share plan, company pension scheme, and flexible working arrangements.
