Internal Sales Development Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Internal Sales Development Specialist to join our Universal Business Team Careers team in Tingewick. As a respected family-run business, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and a broad product range.
The role focuses on driving new business, building client relationships, and conducting onsite product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying new opportunities, confident in both telephone outreach and face-to-face interactions, and experienced in generating lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify key decision-makers in target businesses and generate new sales leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations onsite, securing sales to meet territory targets.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be confident in both telephone outreach and face-to-face interactions, and have experience in generating new business opportunities. A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum reflects the company's commitment to attracting top talent.
