About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to provide support to our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in HR and make a real impact on our organization.

The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a strong understanding of employment law and the ability to maintain accurate records.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with 23 days annual leave and additional 7 days after 5 years of service. You will also have the opportunity to work from home one day a week and enjoy on-site parking.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.52 per hour, plus opportunities for career progression and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our HR management system.
  • Process Access NI checks in a timely manner.
  • Monitor sickness absence and keep line managers informed.
  • Support the efficient administration of the HR function.


What You'll Need:
  • A minimum of 4 GCSEs or equivalent at Grades A-C, including English Language and Maths.
  • A recognised IT/Word Processing qualification or 6 months' experience inputting data/word processing.
  • 1 year's experience working in an office environment or 6 months' experience with duties including filing, making/answering telephone calls and note taking/records management.
