Human Resources Coordinator

VanRath is recruiting an HR Administrative Assistant to support the HR team in a large public sector company based in the Ballymena area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including word processing, data inputting, filing, and making/answering telephone calls.
The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The salary for this role is £12k - £15k per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for career growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records on recruitment, vetting of all appointees, staff and those recommended to registers.
- Record detail of all returned exit questionnaires.
- Process and sign off agency paperwork.
- Assist in the collation of data for statutory reports and surveys.
We are looking for someone with relevant qualifications and experience in administrative roles, preferably within the last five years.
