About the Job: As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. You will be responsible for supporting clients with daily activities, promoting their independence and well-being, and building strong relationships with them and their families.

Key Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include supporting clients with personal care, household tasks, and social activities, as well as advocating on their behalf and promoting their rights.

Person Specification: To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a genuine interest in caring for others. You will also need to undergo an enhanced DBS check and be willing to participate in ongoing training and development.

Working Arrangements: The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. They will also have access to own transport, although this is not essential.
