Community Mental Health Support Worker

We are looking for a dedicated Community Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Great Yarmouth and Waveney. As a key member of our early intervention team, you will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional community-based mental health care services.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to patients with mental health needs in their homes and communities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care and referrals.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a mental health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £28,000 - £38,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
