**Key Responsibilities**
  • Providing supportive care to young people aged 13-17
  • Collaborating with families and carers to develop person-centred plans
  • Engaging in activities that promote recovery and well-being
  • Participating in multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes

We offer a competitive salary of £24,071 - £25,674 gross per annum (pro rata) and opportunities for professional development and growth.
