About the Job:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in adult care, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach, with ability to work varied shifts and rotas.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs, with a focus on promoting independence and dignity.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
