As a Registered Nurse at one of our care homes, you'll play a vital role in providing physical, psychological, and social care to our residents. You'll work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.

Salary: £44,756 per annum (based on a 37-hour week), plus £2000 Golden Hello as part of our recruitment package

About the Role

  • Provide hands-on care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and personal care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to residents' diverse needs and goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure high-quality care standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry advancements
