**About the Role**
">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Care Assistant to join our team at Oulton Park care home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supporting residents with their daily needs, including personal care and medication management;
- Following individualized care plans to ensure that each resident receives tailored support;
- Maintaining accurate records of resident interactions and care provided.
