The Role
As a Bank Registered Nurse at Oulton Park care home, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents. This will involve creating tailored care plans, administering medication safely, and delivering excellence in everything you do. You will have the autonomy to make critical clinical decisions and be truly valued and respected for your work.
Your Skills and Qualifications
To join our team, you will need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is also essential. Dedicated and compassionate, you will pride yourself on your person-centred approach to nursing.
