Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead your shift, focusing on delivering exceptional resident care.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Administer medication safely and accurately, maintaining accurate records.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks to resident safety.
  • Support care assistants in providing daily care, promoting independence and activity among residents.
  • Contribute to the development of services by working closely with the leadership team.
  • Maintain a professional, respectful, and inclusive attitude at all times.

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desired).
