Supporting Residences Assistant

We are looking for a caring individual who wants to make a difference in the lives of our residents. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting residents with their daily needs, providing one-to-one time, and following care plans.
The ideal candidate will have experience caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. We offer a range of benefits including competitive pay, flexible hours, free learning and development opportunities, and training and opportunities for growth.
The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000-£30,000 per year based on the level of experience required. The salary may vary depending on the location and other factors.

- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing
- Preparing meals and snacks for residents
