We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to fill the position of Unit Nurse Manager at our Oulton Park care home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of nursing care are delivered to our residents.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement person-centred care plans, lead a team of nursing professionals, and build relationships with local healthcare providers. We offer a competitive salary of approximately £50,000 per annum, plus our comprehensive benefits and rewards package.
Your Key Responsibilities
- To develop and implement effective care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- To lead and manage a team of nursing professionals to deliver high-quality care
