About the Role
">We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at a beautiful nursing home in Pakefield. As a key member of our care team, you will work collaboratively with other nurse practitioners to provide high-quality care services and ensure the personal needs of residents are met.
">Key Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for carrying out all relevant forms of care, adhering to policies and NMC guidelines.">
- Engage in continuous professional development by participating in internal and external training sessions, meetings, and supervisions.">
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, including those related to health and safety, infection control, and safeguarding.">
- Represent the home in a positive and professional manner in all interactions with residents, visitors, and colleagues.">
- Maintain confidentiality regarding resident and company information.">
- Administer medications and treatments following NMC guidelines and company policies.">
- Report any resident health concerns promptly and facilitate professional visits as necessary.">
- Maintain and update residents' care plans in collaboration with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals.">
- Conduct regular checks on residents to ensure their health, safety, and comfort.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse.">
- Excellent communication skills.">
- Knowledge of the job role and relevant qualifications, including NMC registration.">
