About the Role:

TRCGroup is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at a beautiful Nursing home in Pakefield.

\

As a Nurse, you will work as part of the care team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners. Ensuring that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard and the personal care needs of residents are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.

\

You will assist in the nursing care of the residents and in the general day-day activities of the home.

\

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively within the team to ensure smooth operations, adhering to policies and NMC guidelines.\
  • Engage in continuous professional development, participating in both internal and external training sessions, meetings, and supervisions.\
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations, including those pertaining to health and safety, infection control, and safeguarding.\
  • Represent home in a positive and professional manner in all interactions with residents, visitors, and colleagues.\
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding resident and company information.\
  • Administer medications and treatments following NMC guidelines and company policies.\
  • Report any resident health concerns promptly and facilitate professional visits as necessary.\
  • Maintain and update residents' care plans in collaboration with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals.\
  • Conduct regular checks on residents to ensure their health, safety, and comfort.\
  • Act in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery professional Code of Conduct.\
  • Support new staff members, offering guidance and assistance as needed.\
  • Continuously improve professional knowledge and competence in relevant areas.\
  • Assist in fundraising efforts and uphold home security measures.\
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures within defined timeframes.\
  • Foster effective communication with residents, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team.\
