- Assist in nursing care and day-to-day activities of the home, ensuring a smooth operation.
- Engage in continuous professional development, participating in internal and external training sessions, meetings, and supervisions.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, infection control, and safeguarding policies.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding resident and company information.
- Administer medications and treatments according to NMC guidelines and company policies.
- Report any resident health concerns promptly and facilitate professional visits as necessary.
- Maintain and update residents' care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular checks on residents to ensure their health, safety, and comfort.
- Act in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery professional Code of Conduct.
- Support new staff members, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
- Continuously improve professional knowledge and competence in relevant areas.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures within defined timeframes.
- Foster effective communication with residents, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of the job role.
