About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional clinical leader to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care. As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with nurses and carers to maintain excellent standards of clinical governance and lead by example in providing outstanding care.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure seamless delivery of clinical services.
  • Maintain open communication with the management team and colleagues to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Promote best practices and continuously improve clinical skills through training and mentoring.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading small teams.
  • Confidence in making clinical decisions and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Passion for promoting best nursing practices and willingness to train and support others.
  • A good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance.
