We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to support two ladies with learning disabilities, mental health, and autism in their own home. As an Independent Living Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing their daily lives, promoting independence, and providing emotional support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health, and autism
- Assist with daily living tasks, including medication management, meal preparation, and household chores
- Promote independence and self-advocacy through empowerment and support
- Develop and maintain relationships with service users, families, and professionals

Requirements
- 2-year Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and sleep-ins
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to commute to placements
