We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Specialist to join our team at Noah's Ark Children's Hospice. As part of the Palliative Care Team, you will provide clinical and holistic care to babies, children, and young people with life-threatening and/or life-limiting conditions.

You will work in various settings, including our Woodlands inpatient unit, families' homes, and the community, delivering high-quality family-centred palliative care. You must be available to work a variety of shifts across a rota, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, as well as regular travel across our operating region.
