Job Title: Talent Development Specialist
We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Specialist to join our team at Jewish Care. As a key member of our HR function, you'll play a critical role in shaping our talent management strategy, ensuring that our staff have the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles.

Job Description
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing training programs that meet the needs of our staff
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality training content
- Evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs and identifying areas for improvement

Salary
The salary for this role is £55,000 per annum, plus benefits. We offer a range of perks, including a generous annual leave entitlement, access to state-of-the-art facilities, and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a solid understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design engaging training content.
