Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in training and education programs to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £37,000 per annum, as well as a £5,000 welcome bonus and a £1,000 annual retention bonus. You will also have access to comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid time off.

Requirements:
  • RGN or RMN qualification.
  • Experience working in mental health settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
