Developing Your Career in Business Administration

As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will be responsible for liaising with customers and suppliers, providing proactive customer service, and maintaining attention to detail in data entry and review. Ensuring compliance with internal and external KPIs, auditing and processing purchase invoices, producing customer invoices, and handling irregularities as needed are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications and Training
  • Level 3 Standard certification in Business Administration is a requirement for this position.
  • Functional Skills in Maths and English (if required) will be beneficial in advancing your career.
