Job Description:

  • To support our Office Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities, including performing routine and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • To manage contractors and coordinate maintenance activities, including basic plumbing, joinery, and painting.
  • To maintain accurate records of work performed and arrange call-out visits as needed.
  • To collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
  • To contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • A background in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A full driving licence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with building maintenance software.

What We Offer:

  • A salary of £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
